HAVANA, Cuba, Jan 16 (ACN) The 2nd technical meeting on cooperation between Cuba and the United States on penal issues was held in Washington DC as part of the dialog on the application and compliance of laws established between both countries in November of 2015.
According to the CubaMinrex website, the meeting was held in a respectful and professional manner. Both delegations coincided in the benefits of the meeting and agreed to continue the conversations in the future.
