HAVANA, Cuba, Dec 26 (acn) Cuba and Tunisia will take up commercial exchanges in sectors of mutual interests, informed CubaMinrex website on Tuesday.
According to the report, this decision led to a meeting between Cuban ambassador Isaac Torres Barrios and Tunis President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mounir Mouakhar.
The Tunis Commerce leader expressed his country's determination in resuming cooperation relations with Cuba, starting with a business exploration visit to Cuba next year.
Torres Barrios welcomed the announcement of the Tunisian delegation to Cuba, scheduled for March of 2018 and stressed that it could be an excellent opportunity to reinforce bilateral cooperation.
He stressed that Cuba has been present in the Tunisian market for over ten years with renowned products like the prophylactic vaccines against Hepatitis B, Hemophilus Influenzae Type B and Heberkinasa.
