Havana, December 6 (ACN) Specialists from the Cuban Architect Projects Company have elaborated designs, offered technical advice and consultations in construction to at least 20 countries.
An important part of them offered services in Latin America and the Caribbean especially in Colombia, Grenada, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Peru, Venezuela and the Dominican Republic.
Jorge Mesa Garcia, expert of the entity's Sales Group told ACN that his personnel worked in Algeria, Austria, Spain, Britain and Northern Ireland, Iraq, Nigeria, Tanazania, Poland and others.
However, he stressed that the current priorities of the entity is work at the Mariel Special Development Zone, located 45 kilometers west of Havana and aimed at attracting foreign investment in key sectors like agro-industry, biotechnology, energy and tourism.
He pointed out that another priority is a luxury hotel with 218 rooms located in Havana's Prado Street and Malecon Seaside Drive, which is a joint project with the French Accor Hotel Chain and the Cuban Gaviota group, according to OPCIONES weekly.
Outlining the list, the specialist mentioned hospitals, policlinics, housing, tourism and social buildings all located in Havana and belonging to the Construction Design and Engineering Group.
The porfolio services of EMPROY 2 include urbanism, restoration, scenery, interior, exterior, project administration, technical advice, topography, scale model making and others.
The Superior Organization of the Business Board also includes the Construction Material and Construction and Assembly groups.
