Raul Back in Cuba from Colombia

HAVANA, Cuba, Sep 27 (acn) Army General Raul Castro, President of the councils of State and Ministers, returned to Cuba at noon Tuesday.

Raul and his accompanying delegation were received at Havana's Jose Marti International Airport by Jose Ramon Machado Ventura, Second Secretary of the Central Committee of the Cuban Communist Party.
Among other activities, the Cuban head of state attended liturgy held at the San Pedro Claver Church, officiated by Cardinal Pietro Parolin, Secretary of State of the Vatican; he was present at the official signing of the Final Peace Accord between the Colombian government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia-People's Army; and dedicated a special moment to pay tribute to late writer Gabriel Garcia Marquez, who would have liked greatly to share this new era of the construction of peace in Colombia.
