HAVANA, Cuba, May 26 (acn) Cuban Premier Dmitri Medvedev held talks Thursday in Moscow with visiting Cuban first vice president Miguel Diaz-Canel on the development of bilateral relations.
The two high-level officials were accompanied by their delegations. On the Cuban side was deputy foreign minister Rogelio Sierra and ambassador to Russia Emilio Lozada and other government officials.
The Russian delegation included government vice-president Dmitri Rogozin and several ministers, including deputy foreign minister Serguei Ryabkov, who is in charge of the western hemisphere and the director of the Latin America Department Alexander Schetinin.
