Valdes Mesa Heads Cuban Delegation to Guatemala

HAVANA, Cuba, Jan 13 (acn) The Vice-president of the Council of State, Salvador Valdes Mesa, heads the Cuban delegation that will participate in the inauguration of the President of the Republic of Guatemala, Jimmy Morales, which will take place on January 14.
The delegation is also composed of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ana Teresita Gonzalez and Cuba's ambassador to that country, Carlos de Cespedes.
