Cuban First VP arrives in Paris for COP21

HAVANA, Cuba, Nov 30 (acn) Cuba´s First Vice-President Miguel Diaz-Canel arrived in Paris to participate in the 21st yearly session of the Conference of the Parties to the 1992 United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the 11th session of the Meeting of the Parties to the 1997 Kyoto Protocol.

The forum will gather several heads of State and Government and will hold sessions from today till December 11. The Cuban delegation includes Minister of Science, Technology and Environment Elba Rosa Pérez Montoya, and Cuban Ambassador to France Héctor Igarza Cabrera
