HAVANA, Cuba, Feb 3 (ACN) Two million 575 thousand 900 Cuban citizens cast their votes just two hours after voting stations opened through out the island to elect parliament deputies and provincial government delegates.
Over 8. 6 million Cubans are electing their representatives at provincial governments and the National Parliament for a five-year term.
National Electoral Commission vice-president Ruben Perez said that the vote is unfolding with full transparency, as they expect that the pace of the process keeps going till voting stations close at 6 pm on Sunday.
