HAVANA, Cuba, Aug 20 (acn) The Cuban Meteorology Institute issued at 11 AM this Thursday the Tropical Hurricane Advisory 4 on Hurricane Danny.

Hurricane Danny:
Tropical storm Danny continued gaining organization and strength to become this morning the first hurricane of the current season. Danny is a small hurricane with maximum sustained winds of 120 kilometers per hour (75 mph).
Its minimum central pressure has dropped to 992 MB and it is moving westn north west at 19 kilometers per hour.
At 11 AM it was located at 12.5 North and 44.8 West, some 1,755 kilometers east of the Windward Islands.
In the next 12-24 hours, Danny will keep the same general motion and some additional strengthening is forecast during the next 48 hours.
The next Advisory will be issued at 6 PM
