HAVANA, Cuba, Aug 14 (acn) Cuban Minister of Foreign Affairs Bruno Rodriguez received this morning the US Secretary of State John Kerry.
After the official greeting and a photo session, the two officials and their delegations held official talks.
Prior to this meeting, Secretary Kerry inaugurated the US embassy in Havana, when he acknowledged that US policies against Cuba had failed, and this was the time to put aside old stances and explore new possibilities
