HAVANA, Cuba, Jan 27 (acn) Jose Ramon Machado Ventura, Second Secretary of the Central Committee of the Cuban Communist Party and First Vice-president of the councils of State and Ministers, presides over the 6th Plenary Meeting of the National Committee of the Young Communists' League (UJC).
The new statutes of the youth political vanguard, after going through a wide process of consultations, were approved at the beginning of the plenary meeting, held at the Julio Antonio Mella National School of the UJC.
