President Raul Castro Heads Cuban Delegation to CELAC Summit

HAVANA, Cuba, Jan 25 (ACN) The President of Cuba's Councils of State and Ministers, Army General Raul Castro Ruz, is heading the Cuban delegation to the First Summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), to take place January 27 and 28 in Santiago de Chile.
During the Summit, Cuba will take on the pro-tempore chair of the regional bloc in 2013.
On January 26, Santiago de Chile will also host the First Summit of the Community of the Latin American and Caribbean States and the European Union.
The Cuban delegation is made up of the vice-president of the Cuban Council of Ministers Miguel Diaz-Canel and foreign minister Bruno Rodriguez.
