HAVANA, Cuba, Jul 13 (acn) For the third consecutive days, Cuban lawmakers work in their standing commissions on issues related to the strategic programs the country is developing, as well as the needs and aspirations of the Cuban people.
In the previous days, the MPs addressed matters of the youth and children, difficulties with water distribution, food programs, prevention of crimes and drug consumption, and others.
This Monday they will discuss corruption, illegalities, and the statements made by the people at the accountability meetings at grassroots level on health, education and recreation.
Also, they will analyze the results of the study made in the different entities of the Cuban Customs regarding the complaints, claims and opinions of the population
Several other topics will be discussed today by the standing working commissions to present a report at the Ordinary Session of the People´s Power Assembly next Wednesday.
