HAVANA, Cuba, Jun 30 (acn) Business persons of Cuba and Spain will try to find new opportunities to grow in economic and commercial exchanges, on the occasion of the visit to the island next week of Luis de Guindos, Minister of Competitiveness and the Economy of the Iberian nation.
As announced by the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Cuba, the business forum will take place on July 7 at the capital's Melia Cohiba Hotel, which will be attended by representatives of the two countries in sectors such as energy, tourism, construction and services.
Spain is Cuba's third trade partner and the main investor for Cuba in the world, in addition to occupying one of the first five places among nations sending tourists to the Caribbean island.
