HAVANA, Cuba, Apr 21 (acn) Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez began on Monday a tour of Europe, which includes official visits to France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, announced the www.cubaminrex.cu Web site.
Rodriguez will head the island's delegation to the 6th Session of the High Level Political Dialogue between the European Union and Cuba, scheduled for April 22 in Brussels.
