HAVANA, Cuba, Apr 19 (acn) Cuban Revolution leader Fidel Castro exercised his right to vote at the municipal elections underway in Cuba to elect the delegates at the Municipal Assemblies of the People´s Power.
Fidel sent his ballot, properly folded and inside an envelope, that was deposited in a ballot box at 12, 40 PM in a polling station located in the Havana´s municipality of Plaza de la Revolucion.
As it is stipulated by the Cuban Electoral Law for citizens with some kind of handicap, but capable of voting, Fidel received the visit at his home of a member of the electoral commission that took him a ballot.
After his voting, the official returned to the polling station with the ballot.
