HAVANA, Cuba, April 28 (ACN) Cuban Chamber of Commerce has invited its members to participate in an online workshop on industrial property, scheduled for April 30 at 10:00 a.m., according to a post on the institution's official Facebook page.
The workshop will address industrial property as a tool for business development, the challenges and risks in brand management for Cuban micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), and the intersections between advertising, sponsorship, intellectual property, and competition in the country.
Speakers include Danice Vazquez de Alvare and Liudmila Moran Martinez, professors at the University of Havana; Ernesto Guevara Fernandez, professor at the University of Oriente; and Marina Aguilar Rubio, professor of Financial and Tax Law at the University of Almeria. The Chamber specified that registration will be exclusively online and open to its members, with the right of admission reserved.
The event is supported by the University of Havana, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment, and the University of Oriente.
The institution emphasized that the event will contribute to strengthening the strategic and legal capabilities of Cuban businesspeople in the area of industrial property.
