As part of the strategy to conclude the site later this month, the Construction and Assembly Company of Sancti Spiritus (ECMSS by its Spanish acronym), created a large collective with workers from each of the brigades and other departments of the entity, to multiply the pace in the assembly of the 1,638 tables to support the photovoltaic cells, one of the most pressing tasks at present.

The Arroyo Lajas solar park is expected to be the first of the three that are being built in the province to be synchronized to the National Electroenergy System. Later, the Tuinucu solar park in Taguasco, where civil construction works have begun, will be synchronized to the National Electroenergy System, while the El Meso solar park in Jatibonico is working on the earthworks and the construction of the roads, he added.
When these investments are completed, the province will generate more than 63 MW, which will also contribute to reduce the consumption of fuel for this purpose and the polluting load of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
