HAVANA, Cuba, Jul 3 (ACN) ScD. Walter Baluja García, Cuba’s Minister of Higher Education, praised the efforts of the organizers to hold the 13th International Congress of Business Management and Public Administration GESEMAP 2024 despite the economic situation facing the country.
Featured in today’s program is a keynote lecture by Dr. Baluja on the contribution of Cuban universities to development in the context of science and innovation-based government management systems.
Since 1998, GESEMAP has gathered countless Cuban and foreign managers and public officials, businesspeople, professors, university students, consultants and researchers.
On this occasion, delegates from Spain, Angola, Mexico, Chile, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica and Venezuela are attending the event.
