HAVANA, Cuba, Jan 21 (acn) A 4.0 magnitude in the Richter scale earthquake hit three Cuban central provinces at 11.07 PM this Tuesday, whose epicenter was located 22.7 kilometers south of the town of Jaguey Grande, in Matanzas province
The Cuban National Seismologic Service placed the epicenter at the 22.34 North and 81.22 West at a 20 kilometer depth and added that the tremor was felt in Matanzas, Villa Clara and Cienfuegos provinces, reported Granma newspaper.
There are no reports of material damages or loss of human lives.
