Cuba will Host International Forum on Children and Adolescence

Havana, May 22 (ACN) The Plaza America Conventions Center, in the western province of Matanzas, will host the First International Congress on Childhood and Adolescence, May 28th to June 2nd.

In a press conference on Monday, the director of the Cuban Center for Studies on the Youth, Keyla Estevez, said that 300 delegates from 32 nations will attend the congress, which will include virtual and in-person debates on integral policies, education, the wellbeing of children and right to recreation.

The international congress is expected to become a cornerstone for future events promoting open debate and knowledge and will also ratified the principles honored by the Cuban Revolution in terms of government management in favor of children and youngsters.
