Cuba reaffirms willingness to strengthen links with Seychelles

 HAVANA, Cuba, Apr 12 (ACN) On the occasion of the 45th anniversary of their diplomatic relations, Cuba reaffirmed its willingness to strengthen the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation with Seychelles.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs recalled on Twitter the ties that bind Cuba to that group of islands located in the Indian Ocean since 1978.

Both countries have always stated their interest in continuing to develop political and diplomatic dialogue and friendship for the benefit of their peoples.

In April 2022, the Parliaments of the two nations established the Seychelles-Cuba Parliamentary Friendship Groups with a view to promoting cooperation and exchange.
