HAVANA, Cuba, Nov 14 (acn) The Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Jose Garcia-Margallo will travel this month to Colombia and Cuba on an official visit, diplomatic sources informed on Friday.
According to the EFE state agency, Garcia-Margallo will fly to Bogotá on the 20th to support the peace process in that country and will meet with Foreign Minister Maria Angela Holguin, the Prensa latina news agency reported.
Then he will travel to Cuba on the first visit of a Spanish FM to the island since July, 2010, when the minister at the time, Miguel Angel Moratinos, came to ther Caribbean nation.
