Havana, Nov 8 (ACN) Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez sent a message of condolences to the people and government of Dominica due to the damage inflicted by recent heavy rains.
On his Twitter account, Minister Rodriguez said that Dominica can always count on the support of Cuban works assisting the people affected by the natural phenomenon during the recovery stage.
The Caribbean island nation of Dominica was hard-hit by heavy rains last Sunday, which caused flooding, landslides in several territories and one fatal victim.
