HAVANA, Cuba, Nov 11 (acn) José Ramón Machado Ventura, Second Secretary of the Cuban Communist Party, received this Tuesday morning Tran Quoc Vuong, member of the Secretariat of the Vietnam Communist Party and chief of the General Office of its Central Committee, who pays an official visit to Cuba.
The two leaders exchanged on the experiences on the political-ideological work of parties, their fraternal bonds and international issues of common interest.
Tran Quoc Vuong headed the Vietnamese delegation that participated in the Second Theoretical Workshop between the two parties held at the headquarters of the Central Committee of the PCC.
On the Cuban side participated José Ramón Balaguer Cabrera, chief of the Secretariat and head of the Foreign Relations Department of the PCC, and other Party officicals
