Japan and Cuba Consider Cooperation in Communications

Havana, July 29 (ACN) Cuban first deputy Communications minister Wilfredo Gonzalez and Japan’s Communications minister Kaneko Yasushi agreed to foster joint work and strengthen cooperation in the area of communications.

During a workshop on the development of policies for high-level officials, held in Tokyo, the Cuban vice-minister stressed his country’s interest in strengthening bilateral relations in the field of communications. He also briefed participants on the main I.T. and communication regulations and challenges on the island.
