HAVANA, Cuba, Aug 9 (ACN) The Cuban Institute of Meteorology reported today on two areas of low pressure, one east of the Lesser Antilles Arc and the other over central Atlantic waters, which could reach some tropical development in the coming hours.
According to the Weather Outlook report, one of these areas is located more than 275 kilometers east of Barbados Island, southern group of the Lesser Antilles Arc, with activity of showers and rains around a center of circulation better organized this morning.
The text mentions that it moves to the west northwest and in the next 12 to 24 hours it could reach some tropical development.
Another low-pressure area is located over central Atlantic waters, although with little chance of reaching some tropical development, as it moves to the west northwest in the next few days.
