HAVANA, Cuba, Dec 4 (ACN) The Center for Telecommunications and Informatics Studies (CETI), of the Jose Antonio Echeverria Technological University of Havana, was opened this Wednesday in the presence of Jorge Luis Perdomo, Cuban Minister of Communications.
The ceremony was also attended by the Vice Minister of Communications, Ana Julia Marine Lopez, and Mayra Arevich Marin, President of the Cuban Telecommunications Company (Etecsa).
This is a center to create, with all the necessary components to contribute to the computerization process being developed in Cuba, Perdomo said.
Meanwhile, Arevich Marin published in Twitter that "from the permanent link between the institution and the university beautiful ideas are born for the present and future development of the country".
