HAVANA, Cuba, Dec 20 (ACN) The Finlay Vaccine Institute (IFV) summoned today the volunteers of the phase three clinical trial of Soberana in Havana to receive their anti-COVID-19 booster doses from Tuesday, Dec. 21 to Thursday, Dec. 23.
The scientific institution announced on its web site that the participants in the referred study, including those who were placebo, can go to their polyclinics' vaccinatories with their identification cards.
In view of the fact that six months have already passed since the culmination of the phase three clinical trial, the IFV organized with the Havana Provincial Directorate this process, where volunteers will receive a booster dose with Soberana Plus.
The Institute's statement thanks and recognizes the altruistic attitude of those who participated in the studies, which contributed to the completion of the requirements for the authorization of emergency use of Soberana Plus and Soberana 02.
