Cuba Approves Vaccine Trial on COVID-19 Convalescent Children

Havana, Sept 28 (ACN)The Cuban Regulatory Authority CECMED authorized the clinical trials of the homegrown vaccine Soberana Plus in COVID-19 convalescent children.

The research study will include some 530 children in Havana and from the south-central province of Cienfuegos, said CECMED director Olga Lidia Jacobo.

The Cuban regulatory authority gave green light to the emergency use of the Cuban vaccine Soberana Plus in convalescents over 19 years of age.
