Co-Chairs of Cuban-Russian Intergovernmental Commission meet in HavanaHAVANA, Cuba, Oct 30 (ACN) As part of the activities planned in the context of the 16th session of the Cuban-Russian Intergovernmental Commission for Economic-Commercial and Scientific-Technical Cooperation, on Monday afternoon Cuban Vice President Ricardo Cabrisas Ruiz held a meeting with his Russian counterpart Yuri I. Borisov, in the Revolution Palace.

The main topics of interest for the development of bilateral ties and the effective participation of the Russian Federation in Cuba's Economic and Social Development Program until 2030 were discussed.
In addition, both leaders reviewed the status of several projects considered priorities for our country, in the sectors of energy, transport, industry, communications, health, agriculture, among others, in the execution of which Russian participation is significant and are symbols of bilateral economic relations.
The vice-presidents were accompanied by representatives of different governmental and business entities of both countries, who exchanged in order to deepen economic, commercial and cooperation ties.
