Cape Verde Sports Minister to visit Cuba

HAVANA, Cuba, Nov 14 (acn) Dr. Fernando Elisio Freire, Minister of Sports of the Republic of Cape Verde, will arrive Monday night in Cuba on an official visit that will include the signing of a Cooperation Agreement with the National Institute of Sports, Physical Education and Recreation (INDER by its Spanish acronym).
The document will be signed a day later in the Sports City coliseum, in Havana, as the start of a day that will also include meetings with its host counterpart, PhD. Antonio Becali, and executives of Cubadeportes company.
On Wednesday the Cape Verdean minister will visit facilities in the province of Villa Clara, and the next day he will meet the Anti-Doping Control Laboratory and the National Volleyball School, as well as historical sites in Havana.
An area of physical activity, the Manuel Fajardo University of Physical Education and Sports and the Center for Scientific Research of Cuban Sports will welcome him during his fourth and last day of work on the Caribbean island.
