
The E Hotels chain in the city of Holguín is expanding its gastronomic offers by adding foreign dishes, typical of European and Asian countries, to its services.
Three of the tourist facilities of this hotel group in the eastern province are located in the historic center of the capital of Holguin, such as the Esmeralda, Caballeriza and Saratoga, where only the last two remain open, offering take-out food service.
Lisandra Méndez Almaguer, commercial specialist of that line of the city lodging system in Holguín, told ACN that, with the purpose of offering a renewed service to customers, they prepared a varied menu, composed of both local and international dishes, and prepared by chefs with extensive experience in this type of elaborations.
Asian food is distinguished with dishes such as sushi, and Italian food, where besides pasta there are other proposals such as pork fillet Milanese and beef carpaccio.
For the summer, depending on the epidemiological situation the lodging services at the Caballeriza Hotel are expected to open, as well as the food at the table at the Saratoga, where this new culinary offer will be included through theme nights, accompanied by the cultural talent of Holguin.
Other facilities of line E are in Gibara: the Hotel Ordoño and the Arsenita, which are added to the preparation of attractive gastronomic and recreational proposals for the summer. (Thalia Ruiz Desdín, ACN)
