HAVANA, Cuba, Mar 3 (acn) Renowned troubadour Silvio Rodriguez will return in May to Argentina and Chile, South American nations where the art of the singer-songwriter has many admirers.
The announcement was made by the author of Ojala himself on his official Web site Zurron del Aprendiz, in which he specifies that in Argentina the concert will take place at Luna Park, an indoor stadium of the city of Buenos Aires, on May 27, 9.00 p.m.
Accompanying Rodriguez will be musicians Jorge Aragon, Jorge Reyes, Oliver Valdes, Emilio Vega, the Trovarroco Trio, and flutist and clarinetist Niurka Gonzalez. Before this concert the Cuban artists will make two presentations in Santiago de Chile.
In his personal blog, Segunda Cita, Rodriguez expressed that he accepted the invitation of the Argentinean Culture Ministry in order to participate in the inauguration activities of the Nestor Kirchner Cultural Center.
